I had a really enjoyable stay at 12 Bees. The staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The shower was excellent, providing a refreshing experience. I also loved the rooftop terrace with its great views. The location was convenient, with a supermarket nearby and easy access to the strip and beach.

The rooftop bar and pool are amazing, with two swimming pools and a large seating area by the bar. Happy hour from 5 to 7pm. Good food in the restaurant. Nice and welcoming staff.
Felt more than at home, no reason to complain.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the location. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, always friendly and polite. The rooms were clean and the beds were big and comfortable. I also appreciated the fact that breakfast was included, it was a nice touch.
Everything was more than satisfactory.

The location was perfect, right across from a grocery store and close to many areas in Playa. The room and bathroom were clean and newly renovated, and the staff provided amazing service. We loved the comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the rooftop bar and pool looked incredible, although we didn't have time to visit. it was a wonderful experience.
The Wi-Fi on the terrace bar was not good for working, making it difficult to connect my computer.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the bus station and shopping centers. It was also within walking distance to the beach, market, and the bustling shopping area. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with tips for our trips and organizing tours for us. the hotel had a lovely rooftop pool and a restaurant/bar. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed and a safe for our belongings. the Wi-Fi connection was also reliable.
the rooms did not have windows that could be opened, which made it difficult to get fresh air.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Edson who provided me with a lot of information. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with two swimming pools and a bar on the rooftop. The location was fantastic, close to three major supermarkets and within walking distance of everything without being noisy. It was also near the beach, which was a huge plus.
